1. Processing Time All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
2. Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
- 🇸🇻 El Salvador & Central America: 10–20 business days
- 🌍 International: 15–30 business days
Note: These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
4. Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
5. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
